1. Returns Eligibility
- You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- The item must be unused, in the same condition in which it was received, and in its original packaging.
- Customised or specially ordered commercial furniture may not be eligible for return unless it was delivered damaged, defective or incorrect.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order when it is delivered. If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide supporting photographs or videos so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
3. Refunds
After we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the outcome.
If the return is approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 7 working days. The time taken for the credit to appear may depend on the policies of your bank, card issuer or payment provider.
